This past purchase was a wild ride with the lender and sellers. Due to some unforeseen circumstances the process took a lot longer than anticipated not at fault of Amanda, she stuck it out with us for almost 1 month longer then intended. She did everything in her power to keep the process going with an open line of communication between us and the lender. If you're looking for an agent that has no give up in them I highly recommend using Amanda.

Amanda did a fabulous job, it included extensive research and buyer education. presenting lots of terrific options to determine likes and dislikes, identifying a large number of great prsuit/purchase choices. Amanda also presented a thoughtful and honest pricing/negotiation strategy and assisted throughout the negotiations to get the deal done. She then provided an excellent mortgage resource and we closed in 30 days. This was a 7 figure $ purchase for an out of state buyer and I never thought it could come together this quickly and efficiently. we could not be happier.
